By accessing or using UnclutterMail ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UnclutterMail is an email management service that:

  • Connects to your Gmail and Microsoft 365 accounts with readonly access
  • Classifies and organizes your emails
  • Provides a newsletter feed and daily digests
  • Generates AI-powered reply drafts

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Email Access

By connecting your email accounts, you authorize us to access your email metadata and content using readonly OAuth permissions. We cannot and will not:

  • Send emails on your behalf
  • Delete or modify your emails
  • Share your email content with third parties (except as needed for Service operation)

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by UnclutterMail. You retain ownership of your email content and data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access due to factors beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
